If so, CapNexus may be able to help you find a lender. During the pilot phase of CapNexus, only community development lenders or other mission-oriented capital sources can directly post a loan or other financing inquiry on the system. 

 

If you want to post a request on CapNexus, please contact Partners for the Common Good (PCG). PCG can post an inquiry or request on your behalf. Please note CapNexus is exclusively for community development transactions targeted to promote benefits for low- and moderate-income people and communities in the United States. PCG has full discretion to only post transactions that it deems appropriate. 

 

CapNexus is a matching site only. If a lender is interested in your request, you will be notified by CapNexus. You should never consider a match to be a commitment of any type. CapNexus only provides an introduction. You should fully expect an interested lender to conduct its own full analysis and due diligence on your request. Each lender will have a different approach and requirements. If a match is made and all parties consent to exchanging contact information, all of communication will be directly with the interested lender. PCG and CapNexus are not a party to any such transaction(s). 

 

PCG may create a log-in portal for borrowers at a future date. If so, all borrowers will need to meet PCG’s eligibility criteria of an Accredited Investor or Sophisticated Institution. No individuals (natural persons) will be permitted to directly register or use CapNexus.
