  • With over 30 years of experience, Bob has expertise in providing technical assistance and project management for many organizations. Bob has also developed hundreds of units of affordable housing, - single-family, multi-family rental and cooperative; created a subsidiary construction company; and developed two commercial properties including an office building and a public marketplace; totaling over $60 million in investment.
