Your free CapNexus registration starts with validating your organization eligibility. Partners for the Common Good, Inc. (“PCG”), which owns CapNexus, will review your eligibility. Only organizations that meet the eligibility requirements will be approved as users. If you do not meet the requirements below or have questions please email help@capnexus.org. We will send you an email notification after reviewing your submission.

Which category do you fall under?

Category One (you must be at least one of the following):

Non profit 501(c)(3), corporation, LLC, partnership or business trust with assets in excess of $5,000,000 ?My firm is a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, or tax-exempt organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring certain securities, with total assets in excess of $5,000,000.
Bank, Credit Union, Savings Association, Insurance Company, Small Business Investment Company ?My firm is an entity licensed or subject to supervision by U.S. federal or state examining authorities as a bank, savings association, insurance company, or small business investment company.
Broker or Dealer registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission
Employee Benefit Plan ?My firm is an employee benefit plan established and maintained by a state, its political subdivisions, or any agency or instrumentality of a state or its political subdivisions, for the benefit of its employees, which plan has total assets in excess of $5,000,000. Or My firm is an employee benefit plan within the meaning of Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, that satisfies at least one of the following: (A) it has total assets in excess $5,000,000; or (B) the investment decision is made by a plan fiduciary that is a bank, savings association, insurance company, or registered investment adviser; or (C) it is a self-directed plan and the decision to invest is made solely by participants that qualify as Category One Users.
Private Business Development Company ?My firm is a private business development company as defined in Section 202(a)(22) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
My firm is an entity in which all of the equity owners satisfy at least one of the conditions listed above.

Category Two (you must satisfy ALL of the following):

I am registering on behalf of my firm and not as an individual or on behalf of an individual.
My firm is an entity that is a sophisticated financial, commercial, or non-profit institution and is experienced in the commercial loan market.
My firm is seeking to post or access information about commercial lending opportunities and is not promoting an investment in or seeking to invest in a business enterprise.
My firm will make any decision to enter into a transaction based on independent due diligence and will not rely in any way on information made available by accessing or using the CapNexus database.

The information included in the CapNexus database is the responsibility of the respective contributors to the database; it is not the responsibility of Partners for the Common Good, Inc. ("PCG"). My firm and I will not hold PCG, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, agents, or employees liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses, of any kind or description relating to the use or the adequacy, accuracy, or completeness of any information in the CapNexus database.

My firm and I have such knowledge and experience in financial, business, or loan underwriting matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits or risks of any prospective loan or other transaction that I or my firm may make. My firm and I will make any decision to enter into a loan transaction independently of the information available in the CapNexus database.

Neither I nor any person associated with my firm have been charged or convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or constituting a felony under the laws of any state or the United States. Failure to disclose such charges or convictions will result in (1) the automatic removal of your post from the CapNexus database and (2) the indefinite prohibition of you, any person associated with your firm, and any firm that you represent now or in the future from accessing the CapNexus database.
